NikoRoll
From a very early age Niko instantly found himself drawn to the wonders of beef, celery, cabbage, barley, carrot, onion, green beans, spices, egg, flour and dough. It wasn’t until one hot, dry Aussie summer around 1997 that Niko discovered that all these things that he loved had not only been combined but had been deep fried and designed to be eaten on the move without a plate or cutlery. This was known as the ChickoRoll.
Still not satisfied Niko knew he could take it one step further. Looking back to the glory days of Chinese Eggrolls and the classic Spring Roll was very important to Niko but he didn’t want to lose the flavour of the Chickoroll nor miss out on the relatively new wonders of the sushi roll.
The end result of this epic pilgrimage is NikoRoll.
