Tranquil Sounds Productions has an extensive library of knowledge and the event personnel to match. From long term contracted management roles, to casual labour for hire... Our personnel are very well capable of doing anything related to events.
We have an increasing list of references to back our claims. Our network extends the majority of the east coast of Australia and throughout Victoria.
Our headquarters are located on the Capricorn Coast, near Yeppoon, Queensland. Which is becoming a great place for hosting events. We are however, willing to travel anywhere for the right event.

We have experience in the organisation of events; from conception through to post show reporting.
We can be hired for each individual service or a range of services:
~ Researching markets and liaising with potential clients to identify event opportunities. ~
~ Producing detailed proposals and feasibility studies for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets). ~
~ Choosing and booking a suitable venue or location. ~
~ Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are complied with. ~
~ Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire. ~
~ Planning room layouts and the entertainment program, scheduling seminars, workshops and demonstrations. ~
~ Identifying and securing speakers or special guests. ~
~ Organising facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and press. ~
~ Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings. ~
~ Selling sponsorship and exhibition space to potential exhibitors and show partners. ~
~ Arranging accommodation deals for exhibitors and visitors. ~
~ Creating, implementing and monitoring marketing and PR plans. ~
~ Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event. ~
~ Writing press releases or briefs in order to gain maximum exposure for the event. ~
~ Liaising with newspapers, TV, radio and other media. ~
~ Organising the design and production of tickets, posters, show-guides or catalogues and sales brochures. ~
~ Coordinating everything on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly. ~
~ Handling client queries and troubleshooting exhibitor and visitor problems on the day. ~
~ Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event, and clearing the venue. ~
~ Post-event evaluation (including data entry and survey analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders). ~

Structures For Hire
As well as making music, building structures is also at the heart of Tranquil Sounds Productions, It is a way for us to express our creativity on a massive visual scale. Using a range of different materials and decorations that compliment each structure, we create full spektrum spaces that can withstand the harsh elements of the Australian outback and still be safe and inviting to people of all walks of life. Some of our structures are actually for hire as a kit. Either as a blank canvas for you to decorate at your event, or part of a package where we can decorate or even manage the space entirely. 2V Aluminium Geodesic Dome.
Our Geodesic Dome can be hired with or without a cover. Its aerodynamic design means it can handle those extra windy days.
It has had many uses such as a stage, sound booth, kids space, green room, even a campsite. It can be full enclosed or with a large opening at the front, or even a small opening at the back.
The decorative covers (pictured below) are NOT waterproof. If you require waterproofing, we add an additional water proof layer underneath the decorative covers. For further waterproofing, we create a floor to raise the structure or its contents off the ground.
Dimensions: 7m in diameter, 3.4m high in the centre.
Decorative cover options: black and dark green ~ camo brown and light green ~ black, orange and red

A whopping 14m by 14m space with a heavy duty camouflage net roof, huge 200mm dark bamboo poles for uprights and stainless steel rigging. The wind flows through this beast with majestic motion creating a tranquil space for dance floors, market areas, dining areas, kids spaces or any other reason you can think of to gather underneath.
Accessories include, upcycled bunting, RGB lighting, bamboo ashtrays, picnic tables, bench, dining or cinema seating, bar tables, hay bales and rubbish stations.

Ex-Army Canvas Tents
These beauties are old... around 40 years old and have been kept in good condition by the family for all those years... Special care is required when setting these up, not because of fragility, but rather sentimental reasons. We hope to keep these tents going for another 40 years. They are great, for base camp structures - crew kitchens, front gate / ticketing, audio visual control room, back of house / greenroom or even a boutique market stall.

We have a few pre made shade canopies with custom artwork printed or painted on them. These can be easily erected.. Our small orange and purple Psy Flower can be strung up with minimal rigging, however the large PsyFam piece needs proper rigging to be installed.

This piece is a unique custom airbrushed piece from Atmosphere decor in South Africa.it comes in at 12m in diameter and can be easily erected with a central "skyhook" and around 8 - 12 strings - stretching it out to the required posts or trees. The added beauty of this piece is that it can also be a dome cover for our 7m geodesic dome mentioned above.

PsyFam Shade
This was the original Psylanguage 2017 main stage shade canopy, and it has been kept in immaculate condition. Available for wet hire only, meaning, this unique piece requires a 2 man team of riggers to accompany it and erect it properly. This canopy also has matching side and back stage panels, as well as centre pole sock and 5 m extensions which can be used to make the canopy even bigger or can be pulled down to give the canopy a 3D feel. Bonus addition is the psy flower can be layered underneath as seen in the above picture.
