STRUCTURES FOR HIRE
As well as making music, building structures is also at the heart of Tranquil Sounds Productions, It is a way for us to express our creativity on a massive visual scale. Using a range of different materials, lighting and decorations that compliment each structure, we create full spectrum spaces that can withstand the harsh elements of the Australian outback and still be safe and inviting to people of all walks of life. Some of our structures are actually for hire as a kit. Either as a blank canvas for you to decorate at your event, or part of a package where we can decorate or even manage the space entirely. Below is a list of what we can currently hire out to you.

Geodesic DomeS
2V Aluminium
Our Geodesic Dome can be hired with or without a cover. Its aerodynamic design means it can handle those extra windy days.
It has had many uses such as a stage, sound booth, kids space, green room, even a campsite. It can be full enclosed or with a large opening at the front, or even a small opening at the back.
Complete package options - SOUND BOOTH / STAGE / LOUNGE / CRECHE

"The Camo Garden"
A whopping 14m by 14m space with a heavy duty camouflage net roof, huge 200mm dark bamboo poles for uprights and stainless steel rigging. The wind flows through this beast with majestic motion creating a tranquil space for dance floors, market areas, dining areas, kids spaces or any other reason you can think of to gather underneath.
Accessories include, upcycled bunting, RGB lighting, bamboo ashtrays, picnic tables, bench, dining or cinema seating, bar tables, hay bales and rubbish stations.

Ex-Army Canvas Tents
These beauties are old... around 40 years old and have been kept in good condition by the family for all those years... Special care is required when setting these up, not because of fragility, but rather sentimental reasons. We hope to keep these tents going for another 40 years. They are great, for base camp structures - crew kitchens, front gate / ticketing, audio visual control room, back of house / greenroom or even a boutique market stall.
Matching ex-army stretcher beds are also available for hire.
These work great if you want to create a dorm like tent set up or perhaps a first aid / medical tent.

DECORATED SHADE CANOPIES
We have a few pre-made shade canopies with custom artwork printed or painted on them. These require upright poles or truss and rigging. All of which is installed on site. There are several different ways to set the rigging to give different desired looks.
"Psy Flower"
What we call the "Psy Flower", is a unique custom airbrushed piece from Atmosphere Decor in South Africa. Highly UV reactive - it comes in at 12m in diameter and can be easily erected with a central "skyhook" and around 12 strings - stretching it out to the required posts or trees. The added beauty of this piece is that it can also be a dome cover for our 7m geodesic dome mentioned above. or an added layer in our "PsyFam" shade mentioned below.

"PsyFam Shade"
This was the original Psylanguage 2017 main stage shade canopy, and it has been kept in immaculate condition ever since. Available for wet hire only, meaning, this unique piece requires our in house team to accompany it and erect it properly. Again this badboi is highly UV reactive, however it also looks great under RGB and even warm white. This canopy also has matching side stage panels and a back drop, as well as centre pole sock and 5 m extensions which can be used to make the canopy even bigger or can be pulled down to give the canopy a 3D feel. Bonus addition is the 'psy flower' can be layered underneath as seen in the above picture.

"Techno Mothership"
18m in diametre, 3 meters in depth. This brightly coloured, 3D futuristic shade canopy is a spectacle to see up close. With an optional addition of programmable LED strip lighting along the rigging lines to really make it transform in to the mothership. This canopy was custom made from Tetrik Textile Studios in Victoria. Available as Wet hire only.

We can be hired for each individual service or a range of services:
~ Researching markets and liaising with potential clients to identify event opportunities. ~
~ Producing detailed proposals and feasibility studies for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets). ~
~ Choosing and booking a suitable venue or location. ~
~ Ensuring insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are complied with. ~
~ Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire. ~
~ Planning room layouts and the entertainment program, scheduling seminars, workshops and demonstrations. ~
~ Identifying and securing speakers or special guests. ~
~ Organising facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality and press. ~
~ Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings. ~
